What a commercial installation actually involves

01

Site assessment and design

We walk the property, run a load study on your existing service, review parking layout and traffic patterns, and model realistic utilization. You get a fixed charger mix, layout and budget before anything is ordered.

02

Permitting, utility and incentives

We file the permits, submit the utility service request, and identify the federal 30C tax credit, utility make ready funding and state or local grants your site qualifies for, then support the filings.

03

Licensed installation

Our own licensed electrical crews handle trenching, conduit, panels, bollards, mounting, network commissioning and inspection signoff. One crew, one schedule, one accountable contract.

04

Maintenance and uptime

After energization we monitor the fleet remotely, dispatch service, manage warranty claims, and administer pricing and software so the chargers stay online and earning.

Properties we power

Every property type has a different load profile, utilization curve and payback model. We scope the charger mix around how your site is actually used, not a catalog default.
